Authenticated SQL injection via app_extension parameter

SQL injection in FreePBX REST Apps before 16.0.41 and 17.0.0 through 17.0.5 allows remote authenticated users to alter database queries. The REST API incorporates the attacker-controlled app_extension parameter into an SQL statement without correctly neutralizing SQL syntax. A known extension, voicemail, User Manager, DPMA, or Endpoint Manager phone-admin password is required; the vendor reports data disclosure, data modification, and limited service impact.
