Stored XSS via unsanitized energy entity names

Stored XSS in Home Assistant Core 2025.1.0 through 2025.10.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript via energy entity names. Energy graph tooltip formatters interpolate computeStateName output from an entity name into rendered tooltip HTML without sanitizing or escaping it. Execution requires a victim to view the Energy dashboard and hover over a populated graph point; an energy provider can supply the stored default name, and the script runs in the victim's session.
