Service crash via BMP extent integer overflow

Integer overflow in ImageMagick 7 before 7.1.2-7 and 6 before 6.9.13-32 allows attackers to crash image-processing services. ReadBMP in coders/bmp.c multiplies attacker-controlled image columns by bits per pixel before checking for overflow, allowing the extent and bytes-per-line values to wrap to zero. Exploitation requires a 32-bit build and manually increased width, height, and area resource limits; default limits and 64-bit builds prevent the crash.
