Unauthenticated spool data modification via unprotected APIs

Improper authentication in WildRikku OctoPrint-SpoolManager before 1.7.8 or before 1.8.0a3 allows remote attackers to alter spool data. SpoolManagerAPI explicitly returned false from is_blueprint_protected, exempting its blueprint routes from OctoPrint API-key enforcement, while the plugin GET handler reset settings without a SETTINGS permission check. Unauthenticated network access can reset settings on all affected hosts and, before OctoPrint 1.11.2, download or delete the database and add or remove spools.
