Process crash via malformed expression traversal

Denial of service in CEL-Rust 0.10.0 through 0.11.3 allows remote attackers to crash an embedding process via a malformed expression. The parser traverses an error-context node for the incomplete global call x(1, and invokes an unimplemented antlr4rust Visitable path that panics. The crash is reachable only when an embedding application accepts untrusted CEL expressions, and it interrupts that application's process.
