Administrator-level code execution via unsanitized Referer input

Code injection in PSAUX IT Nginx Cache Purge Preload 2.1.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute server code. The nppp_handle_fastcgi_cache_actions_admin_bar function passes the unsanitized HTTP_REFERERER value to nppp_preload_cache_on_update, where it reaches command execution. Administrator-level WordPress access is required, and successful exploitation runs commands with the PHP process account's permissions.
