Authenticated PHP code execution via file inclusion
Published Oct 22, 2025 · Updated Oct 22, 2025
Local file inclusion in Favethemes Houzez Theme - Functionality 4.1.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code. The plugin permits contributor-controlled filenames to reach a PHP include operation, allowing uploaded files to run as PHP; public records do not identify the handler or parameter. Contributor-level WordPress access and an includable server-side file are required; successful exploitation can disclose data, bypass controls, or execute code.
