Unauthenticated signup-data disclosure via lenient REST lookup

Missing authorization in BuddyPress 14.3.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to read signup data through the BP REST API. The signups endpoint uses a too-lenient lookup function that returns records, including user email addresses, without enforcing the intended access restriction.
