Authenticated MFA bypass via startup service ordering

Authentication bypass in BullWall Server Intrusion Protection allows local users to establish sessions before MFA enforcement starts. During system startup, login services accept a session before SIP services initialize, and SIP neither applies MFA retroactively nor disconnects that session. The gate is authenticated access during the short, environment-dependent startup window; the resulting session remains active without SIP MFA.
