CVE-2025-61999Network attack vector

Stored XSS via SVG logo upload

Published Oct 7, 2025 · Updated Oct 7, 2025

Stored XSS in OPEXUS FOIAXpress before 11.13.3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through an uploaded SVG logo. The logo upload accepts SVG files containing executable content and later renders the stored logo on pages viewed by other users. Administrative access is required; execution in a target's browser can expose session cookies, credentials, or sensitive data and perform actions as that user.
