CVE-2025-61930Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Administrator account takeover via unvalidated CSRF token

Published Oct 10, 2025 · Updated Oct 10, 2025

Cross-site request forgery in Emlog Pro 2.5.19 and earlier allows remote attackers to take over an administrator account. The admin/blogger.php?action=change_password endpoint accepts a cross-origin POST with an empty or unvalidated anti-CSRF token and changes the authenticated user's password. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to visit attacker-controlled content, after which the attacker can sign in with the chosen password and control the application.
