Remote service interruption via extension-block size conversion

Uncontrolled memory allocation in ION-DTN BPv7 4.1.3s allows remote attackers to terminate the UDP receiver via a malformed bundle. In acquireExtensionBlock in bpv7/library/bei.c, an unsigned blockLength is assigned through signed 32-bit blkSize and then passed to MTAKE, turning an overflowed negative size into a huge 64-bit allocation request. An unauthenticated network sender can stop udpcli from accepting further bundles, interrupting the affected node’s BPv7 service.
