Unauthenticated account takeover via open REST callback

Missing authorization in bSecure – Your Universal Checkout 1.3.7 through 1.7.9 allows remote attackers to impersonate any user. The order_info REST route registers a permission_callback that always returns true, then issues a valid login cookie for a supplied account email. No authentication is required, but a target user's email address must be known; the resulting cookie grants that user's WordPress privileges.
