Unquoted Windows service paths in NarSuS App before 2.33 allow local users to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges. The application registers the Windows service executable path without quotation marks, allowing path parsing to select an attacker-planted executable. Exploitation requires write permission at the system-drive root and yields code execution as SYSTEM during service startup.
