Code execution via out-of-bounds file parsing
Published Oct 10, 2025 · Updated Oct 10, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Fuji Electric V-SFT 6.2.7.0 and earlier allows local users to execute code via a crafted V-SFT file. The VS6ComFile!get_ovlp_element_size routine reads beyond the intended buffer while parsing attacker-controlled file data. Exploitation requires a user to open the file and can also disclose information or terminate the application abnormally.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
