Code execution via out-of-bounds file parsing
Published Oct 10, 2025 · Updated Oct 10, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Fuji Electric V-SFT 6.2.7.0 and earlier allows attackers to execute code when a crafted V-SFT file is opened. VS6MemInIF!set_temp_type_default reads beyond an allocated memory boundary while parsing untrusted project-file data. Execution requires local users to open the file; successful exploitation can also disclose process memory or terminate V-SFT abnormally.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
