File metadata disclosure via unchecked FsFile stat

Improper privilege management in Deno before 2.2.15 and 2.3.0 through 2.5.2 allows local users to read denied file metadata. The FsFile stat and statSync operations return metadata from a write-only file resource without applying the path-based read-permission check. Code already allowed to open the target for writing can learn file type and other stat data despite an explicit deny-read rule; file contents remain unread.
