Authenticated file and internal-service disclosure via media URLs
Published Oct 7, 2025 · Updated Oct 7, 2025
SSRF and local file inclusion in hiyouga LlamaFactory before 0.9.4 allow remote authenticated users to read host files and access internal services. The chat API's _process_request function opens existing media paths directly and fetches other media URLs with requests.get without restricting paths or destinations. Access to /v1/chat/completions and a valid API credential is required; successful requests expose readable files or services reachable from the server.
