Packet decryption and replay via reused nonces

Nonce reuse in Johnson Controls Qolsys IQ Panel and PowerG devices allows physically proximate attackers to decrypt packets or replay messages. PowerG radio encryption reuses a nonce with the same key, exposing captured ciphertext and permitting previously valid encrypted packets to be transmitted again. Exploitation requires wireless proximity but no authentication or user interaction, and it can disclose protected traffic or cause acceptance of a replayed message.
