Authenticated file disclosure via unrestricted backup path

Path traversal in Apache Kylin 4.0.0 through 5.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to read server files through a metadata-backup API. FileService.getMetadataBackupFromTmpPath opens the supplied tmpFilePath directly; the fix normalizes it and restricts reads to Kylin metadata temporary directories. System or project administrator access is required, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the Kylin service account.
