CPU exhaustion via quadratic domain-literal concatenation

Inefficient parsing in Go standard library net/mail before 1.24.8 and 1.25.0 through 1.25.1 allows remote attackers to exhaust CPU. ParseAddress and related address-parsing entry points repeatedly concatenate each segment of a large domain-literal component, producing quadratic processing time. Exposure requires an application to pass attacker-controlled mail addresses to an affected parser; the reported consequence is availability loss, not data access or modification.
