Administrator credential disclosure via diagnose command output
Published Nov 18, 2025 · Updated Feb 10, 2026
Cleartext credential storage in Fortinet FortiPAM 1.0.0 through 1.6.0 allows attackers to read administrator credentials. The CLI diagnose path retains other administrators' credentials in cleartext memory and emits them in command output. Exploitation requires a read-write administrator CLI session; disclosure is limited to credentials exposed by the affected diagnose output.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
