CVE-2025-61685Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Directory listing disclosure via traversal fallback

Published Oct 3, 2025 · Updated Oct 3, 2025

Directory traversal in Mastra Docs MCP Server 0.13.8 through 0.13.20-alpha.0 allows remote authenticated users to list arbitrary directories. The docsTool executor treats a traversal rejection from readMdxContent as an ordinary miss, then passes the untrusted path to directory-suggestion helpers. Access to the MCP tool is required, and exploitation exposes directory names and filesystem structure, including the service account's home directory, without reading file contents.
