Stored XSS via unchecked SVG uploads

Stored XSS in KUNO CMS 1.3.13 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in visitors' browsers via uploaded SVG files. UploadMedia trusts the request Content-Type without checking file structure or enforcing an extension allowlist, so it stores script-bearing SVG content for web delivery. No account is required to upload the file, but a visitor must open the resulting resource before the script runs in that browser's site context.
