Bootloader crash via dangling normal_exit handler

Use-after-free in GNU GRUB 2.14 and earlier allows local users to crash the bootloader by invoking normal_exit after unloading its module. The normal module registers normal_exit during loading but fails to unregister it during unloading, leaving a command handler that dereferences freed module memory.
