Router crash via overlong submit-url value

Buffer overflow in the HTTP POST handler of TOTOLINK X15 1.0.0-B20230714.1105 allows remote authenticated users to crash the router. The /boafrm/formTmultiAP route copies an overlong submit-url form value into a fixed-size buffer without enforcing its capacity. A valid sessionCheck token and management-interface access are required; the published proof of concept demonstrates a service interrupt, not code execution.
