Reflected XSS via unchecked URL parameters

Reflected XSS in Apache OFBiz before 24.09.03 allows remote attackers to inject browser-executable markup through URL parameters. The framework/webapp ControlFilter forwarded parameter values containing a less-than sign instead of rejecting them, allowing downstream pages to return attacker-supplied markup. Network access to a reachable OFBiz web endpoint is sufficient, and execution remains confined to the rendered browser response.
