Deserialization of untrusted data in Apache Fory pyfory 0.12.0 through 0.12.2 and pyfury 0.1.0 through 0.10.3 allows remote attackers to execute code. The Python deserialization path lets a crafted stream select the pickle fallback, which invokes pickle.loads on attacker-controlled object data. Exposure requires an application to deserialize data from an untrusted source; successful input runs attacker-supplied code in that application's process.
