Unauthenticated system crash via NR modem input

Improper input validation in the NR modem on UNISOC T8100, T8200, T8300, and T9100 chipsets allows remote attackers to crash Android systems. UNISOC identifies the affected locus only as the NR modem and has not disclosed which network input is accepted without adequate validation. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient to interrupt availability on affected chipsets running Android 13 through 16, with no reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
