Authenticated external redirect via unvalidated nextPage header
Published Oct 2, 2025 · Updated Oct 2, 2025
Open redirect in WeGIA 3.4.12 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to redirect users to attacker-chosen sites via a crafted URL. The listarUm method in controle/FuncionarioControle.php passes the request's nextPage value directly to an HTTP Location header without validation. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and a user to open the crafted link, after which the browser can reach a phishing or malware site.
