Node service interruption via uncapped send-hook gas

Resource exhaustion in MANTRA Chain before 4.0.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt node service via token send-hook transactions. The tokenfactory callBeforeSendListener function gives its child context a fixed BeforeSendHookGasLimit instead of capping it at the transaction gas remaining. An unauthenticated sender can combine a send hook with recursive Wasm contract calls, multiplying gas use until affected nodes lose availability.
