CVE-2025-61583Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated script execution via reflected server hostname

Published Oct 1, 2025 · Updated Oct 1, 2025

Reflected XSS in TS3 Manager 2.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts through a crafted login-page server hostname. The teamspeak-connect socket handler forwards the unvalidated host into DNS resolution, then returns the failed connection error containing that host to vue-toast-notification, which inserts it into the DOM without encoding. The attack requires no account but does require a victim to enter the payload or submit an attacker-crafted link or form, enabling script execution in the application's browser context.
