Unauthenticated application crash via Unicode hostname input

Improper input validation in TS3 Manager 2.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the application through the login page. The teamspeak-connect socket handler passes the unfiltered Server-field host to the TS3 library, whose ASCII conversion throws an unhandled exception on Unicode tag characters. Network access to the unauthenticated interface is sufficient; the crafted connection request terminates the entire process within four to five seconds.
