Cross-tenant takeover via missing organization checks

Improper authorization in Casdoor before 2.63.0 allows remote authenticated users with organization-admin rights to alter other tenants' settings. Update and delete paths for applications and related objects selected records by owner and name without verifying that the stored organization matched the submitted organization. Any organization administrator can reach the affected endpoints through a post-login URL, change cross-tenant settings, and set a universal password that permits account takeover.
