Arbitrary file write via unsanitized URL filename

Path traversal in Steel Browser 0.1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files through the files API. handleFileUpload accepts a filename parsed from a fetched URL's Content-Disposition header and joins it to a temporary path without sanitizing traversal segments. Low-privileged API access is sufficient to place controlled content outside the intended directory, including elsewhere in the service container.
