Service interruption via unrestricted file uploads

Unrestricted file upload in MediaCrush 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service through the /upload endpoint. The Flask handler in mediacrush/upload.py accepts request bodies without a size limit, MIME-type validation, or rate limiting. No authentication is required; repeated or unbounded uploads exhaust disk storage, overwhelm Redis and Celery workers, and stop uploads or media serving.
