Authenticated service interruption via oversized submit-url

Buffer overflow in TOTOLINK A3002R 4.0.0-B20230531.1404 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt router service via an HTTP POST request. The /boafrm/formSysLog handler copies an oversized submit-url form value beyond its destination buffer. A valid sessionCheck token is required, and the published proof of concept uses the overflow to cause denial of service.
