Unauthenticated command execution via shell syntax obfuscation

Command injection in sonirico mcp-shell 0.3.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary system commands through shell_exec. The shell_exec path checks the raw command with keyword-based validateCommand rules, then passes the same string to bash -c, so substitutions and fragmented command names evade validation. An unauthenticated caller who can reach the MCP tools/call interface can run commands with the server process's privileges.
