Local process crash via unchecked termcap expansion

Stack-based buffer overflow in GNU ncurses 6.5-20250322 allows local users to crash a process via a crafted termcap file. postprocess_termcap expands crafted capability data into its output buffer without first enforcing the remaining buffer limit. The file must be parsed locally; terminfo data is normally trusted, and protected applications no longer parse it while running setuid.
