Process crash via negative padding size cast

Resource consumption in spdlog 1.15.0 through 1.15.1 allows local users to crash an integrating process via a crafted format pattern. The scoped_padder destructor adds negative remaining padding to the destination size and casts the negative result to size_t for resize, producing an oversized allocation request. Exploitation requires local influence over an application's logging format, and the resulting allocator abort interrupts that application's process.
