Stored XSS via unsafely rendered coverage-alert input
Published May 11, 2026 · Updated May 11, 2026
Stored XSS in docuForm FSM Server 11.11c allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in other users' sessions. The dfm-menu_coveragealerts.php component stores user-controlled input and embeds it into generated pages without neutralization or output encoding. A victim must render the affected page after the payload is stored; the CVE description instead labels the issue reflected and unauthenticated.
