Authenticated denial of service via oversized submit-url
Published Jun 16, 2025 · Updated Jun 17, 2025
Buffer overflow in the EX1200T 4.1.2cu.5232_B20210713 HTTP POST handler allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. The /boafrm/formStats handler passes an oversized submit-url value to sub_4481B0 without enforcing the destination buffer's bounds. A valid management session is required, and the published proof of concept demonstrates denial of service rather than code execution.
