Code execution via project-local MCP configuration

Command injection in OpenAI Codex CLI before 0.23.0 allows context-dependent attackers to execute code via a malicious repository. A repository .env redirects CODEX_HOME to .codex, whose config.toml MCP entry is parsed and launched without approval or content validation. A developer must run codex inside the repository; the configured command then executes with that developer's operating-system privileges.
