Browser script execution via unescaped search input
Published Oct 21, 2025 · Updated Oct 21, 2025
Reflected XSS in PHPGurukul Bank Locker Management System allows remote attackers to run JavaScript through crafted search input. The search.php handler embeds the /search parameter in search-result HTML without neutralizing HTML or JavaScript. A target must view the crafted results; script execution then occurs in that browser and can expose session data, redirect the target, phish, or alter the page.
