Process crash via unchecked HL1 mesh access

Heap-based buffer overflow in Assimp 5.4.0 through 5.4.3 allows local users to crash an importing process with a crafted HL1 MDL file. The upstream report identifies unchecked accesses involving model-controlled mesh, vertex, normal, texture, and bone data, but does not isolate the exact failing statement. A local user must cause a linked application to import the supplied model; the demonstrated consequence is a sanitizer-detected process crash.
