Stored XSS via unsanitized log rendering
Published Oct 6, 2025 · Updated Oct 6, 2025
Stored XSS in Optimod 5950, 5950HD, 5750, 5750HD, and Trio 1.0.0.33 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via logs. The log viewer renders attacker-supplied log payloads in its web interface without neutralizing executable browser content. Exploitation requires a user to open the affected log view; the script then runs in that user's browser and can read or modify data available to the interface.
