Unauthenticated code execution via arbitrary-file deserialization

Unsafe deserialization in SIGB PMB 8.0.1.14 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through the cms_rest.php endpoint. The component passes the contents of an attacker-selected file to PHP unserialize(), which reconstructs untrusted serialized values without validation. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation runs code with the web application's privileges.
