CVE-2025-61164Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated information disclosure via unfiltered WebSocket payloads

Published Aug 26, 2026 · Updated Aug 27, 2026

Information disclosure in Cohere North AI 1.1.5 allows remote attackers to read internal data through its WebSocket endpoint. The /admin/api/_event endpoint accepts an unauthenticated Socket.IO connection and hydrate event, then returns payloads without stripping internal IP addresses, headers, user details, or privilege data. No account or user interaction is required; the demonstrated consequence is read-only exposure of internal system and user metadata.
