Arbitrary command execution via shell-interpreted editor input

Command injection in sqls-server/sqls 0.2.28 allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands through the config command's editor launch. The openEditor function concatenates the EDITOR value and configuration-file path, then passes the resulting string to cmd /c on Windows or sh -c elsewhere instead of invoking the editor directly. Exploitation requires control of the process environment or path argument and execution of the config command; injected commands run with the invoking user's privileges.
