Daemon crash via unchecked VTY context

NULL pointer dereference in FRRouting 4.0 through 10.4.1 allows remote attackers to crash ospfd with a crafted OSPF LSA Update packet. With detailed OSPF packet debugging enabled, opaque-LSA display handlers pass an unavailable VTY context to vty_out instead of logging through zlog. The attacker must be able to deliver an OSPF update to a router using this non-default debugging configuration; the reported impact is loss of the OSPF daemon.
